Who Is Mélie

Mélie grew up on the streets alongside her brother Arthur, surviving by theft and cunning. When she crosses paths with Amicia and Hugo, she is initially motivated by self-interest, but her skill with locks and her sharp instincts quickly make her invaluable to the group.

Her Role in the Story

Mélie helps the de Runes infiltrate guarded strongholds and navigate the plague-ravaged countryside. Her relationship with Arthur adds a personal stake to the journey, and her moments of loyalty show a softer side beneath the thief's bravado.
